Use our Classic method following the steps below

1. Download a Registration form. Complete this form and send us a copy of their school physical examination and immunization records.

2. A $150 deposit is required per session for Resident Campers only. Please send in your forms and deposit by mail or fax to:

3. Full payment and all required forms are due by May 1st.  Late forms and/or payment will result in a $25 late fee and you may loose your spot in camp

4. Health History Form is also due on May 1st

5. CIT’s must also fill out the CIT Application, be interviewed, and accepted into the program.  Space is limited.
